Cancellations & Refunds

Course fees are structured as a non-refundable payment, reflecting the commitment required from both the participant and the program facilitators to deliver a comprehensive and personalised learning experience. Once enrolment is confirmed and payment is made, fees will generally not be returned under any circumstances — including withdrawal, inactivity, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. In exceptional cases, where circumstances are genuinely unavoidable and well-documented, refund requests may be submitted for consideration. Such requests will be reviewed carefully and evaluated by the management team on a case-by-case basis. The decision to grant a refund in these rare instances rests solely with the management and is final.

Participants are encouraged to carefully assess their readiness and ability to commit to the program before making payment. This policy ensures fairness, supports the sustainability of the course, and helps maintain the quality and resources necessary to serve all enrolled participants effectively.

To submit a refund request for management review, write to connect@integfarms.com with your full name, registered phone number, program enrolled in, and a clear explanation of the circumstances. Approved refunds processed through the original payment method are typically credited within 5–7 business days.
